Ramadan, also referred to as the holy month of Ram

Ramadan, also referred to as the holy month of Ramadan, is a period of 30 days determined by the Islamic calendar where Muslims across the world fast from sunrise to sunset. The span of 30 days is different each year when basing it off of the Gregorian calendar. It is a time to break bad habits and reflect on the things that they have that others may not have.

Ramadan is concluded with a celebration called Eid. This is when family and friends come together all day and have a big feast. This is more specifically called Eid al-Fitr. There is one other celebration in Islam called Eid al-Adha, but Eid al-Fitr is the one that is much more prominent and referred to as the “big Eid”.

We wish everyone celebrating the month of Ramadan to be brought peace and prosperity. May all your prayers be answered.
